2. Service Use

Fresh Freak Laundry provides laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services within our listed service areas. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are unsafe, unsanitary, contaminated, or inappropriate for standard washing and drying processes.

3. Garment Care & Liability

All items are cleaned using industry-standard methods. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Fresh Freak Laundry is not responsible for any normal wear and tear, shrinkage, fading, bleeding, or damage resulting from standard washing or drying.
• We are not liable for items that are mislabeled, unsuitable for machine washing, or contain pre-existing damage, stains, or defects.
• You must check and empty all pockets before pickup. We are not responsible for any valuables, money, or personal items left inside garments.
• In the unlikely event that damage or loss occurs, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for that specific order. No additional compensation or replacement cost will be provided.

By using our service, you acknowledge that laundry cleaning involves inherent risks and agree that Fresh Freak Laundry’s responsibility ends upon refunding the amount paid for that order.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information. Prices, fees, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

If our team arrives for a scheduled pickup and no one is available to hand over the laundry, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email. If unsuccessful, a $5 missed pickup fee will be charged to cover transportation costs.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. It is your responsibility to provide accurate address and contact details and to ensure someone is available during the scheduled time. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled before pickup are fully refundable. Once laundry has been collected or processing has begun, cancellations and refunds are at our sole discretion. Refunds, when applicable, will be credited to the original payment method used via Stripe.

7. Subscriptions & Promotions

Subscription plans automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Discounts, promotions, and offers may change or end without prior notice.

8. Privacy & Data

We value your privacy. Information such as your name, contact details, and address is used solely to provide and improve our services. Your data will never be sold to third parties. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure connections.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Freak Laundry, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Ownership & Legal Entity

Fresh Freak Laundry is a brand operated by Frontline Atlas LLC, a registered limited liability company based in Hagerstown, Maryland. All services, payments, and customer relationships are legally under Frontline Atlas LLC. By using our services, you agree that any transactions or disputes are with Frontline Atlas LLC, doing business as (DBA) Fresh Freak Laundry.

11. Price Changes

Prices, service plans, and delivery fees are subject to change at any time. Any ongoing orders already paid will not be affected by future price adjustments.
